The cellular structure creates a composite material with significantly improved load-bearing capacity and stress distribution angles typically ranging from 45-60 degrees.

3. How does the geocell-soil composite action work?
The composite action is achieved through:

  • Mechanical interlock between infill particles and cell walls

  • Friction between the geocell material and infill
