TGGS50 HDPE Geocell 800mm Connector Spacing for Gravel Stabilization

TGGS50-800 is a compact cellular confinement system developed for gravel stabilization and surface reinforcement. The 50 mm cell height provides a shallow confinement layer that is suitable for applications where controlling the lateral movement of aggregate is important without requiring a deeper cellular structure.

The product uses injection molded plastic connectors to join the geocell sheets. This connection method provides high stiffness at the nodes and maintains a stable cellular configuration after the panel is expanded. Unlike systems using metal components, TGGS geocell has a fully plastic connection structure and does not rely on metal connectors that may corrode.

Technical Parameters

When filled with gravel or other suitable aggregate, the interconnected cells create a three-dimensional confinement layer. This structure helps reduce aggregate migration and improves the stability of the reinforced surface under traffic and environmental loading.

TGGS50-800 can be used for gravel roads, access roads, parking areas, landscaping surfaces, pedestrian paths, and selected ground stabilization projects. Its compact cell height makes it convenient for projects requiring a relatively thin reinforcement layer.

The panels are compressed before shipment and packed in woven bags to reduce transportation volume. Customized packaging and wooden pallets can be provided for export orders.
