TGGS50 Geocell 1000mm Joint Spacing Plastic Connector Ground Reinforcement

TGGS50-1000 is a lightweight cellular confinement system developed for ground reinforcement, gravel stabilization, and load distribution applications. Its 50 mm cell height is suitable for projects where a relatively shallow confinement layer is required, while the 1000 mm jointing distance allows efficient panel deployment across larger working areas.

The TGGS Series is manufactured with injection molded connectors rather than conventional metal connection components. This design provides strong and rigid connection points while maintaining an all-plastic structure. Without metal parts, the system avoids connector rust and is suitable for long-term use in exposed or buried construction environments.

Technical Parameters

When expanded and filled with selected aggregate, soil, or other suitable infill, the geocell forms a three-dimensional confinement structure. It helps restrict lateral spreading of the infill and improves the stability of the reinforced layer under traffic and surface loading.

This 50 mm configuration can be considered for access roads, temporary roads, parking areas, gravel surfaces, landscaping foundations, and selected slope stabilization projects. The larger 1000 mm jointing distance can also help reduce the number of connection points required during field deployment.

TGGS50-1000 is compressed before shipment and packed in woven bags. Customized packaging and wooden pallets are available for export orders. GeoMax supports bulk orders and customized specifications according to project requirements.
