When placing sleepers on the Geocell - filled ballast bed, ensure the sleepers are placed in the middle of the Geocell cells to avoid direct pressure on the Geocell walls. Additionally, use rubber gaskets (thickness 10mm) between the sleepers and the ballast to reduce local pressure on the Geocell.
    1. Q: In high - speed railway subgrade projects, what testing standards should Geocell meet to ensure driving safety?
    A: Geocell for high - speed railways should meet the requirements of GB/T 21726 - 2019 . Key indicators include: tensile strength ≥ 25MPa, elongation at break 10% - 20%, UV resistance (after 168h UV aging test, tensile strength retention rate ≥ 80%), and frost resistance (after 50 freeze - thaw cycles, no cracks or delamination).
