The 75mm HDPE geocell offers a moderate confinement depth suitable for parking surfaces and light vehicle access areas. A 356mm weld spacing allows the panel to expand efficiently while creating consistent cellular openings for filling materials.
Installation begins by expanding the folded HDPE geocell over the prepared base. After the panel is positioned and secured, gravel or other approved aggregate is placed inside the cells. Once compacted, the HDPE geocell restricts lateral movement and helps maintain more even distribution of the filling material.
The ultrasonic welded joints provide stable connections between adjacent HDPE strips. This allows the HDPE geocell to retain its cellular geometry throughout expansion, filling and compaction. The flexible material can also accommodate moderate changes in ground level.
