GeoMax 200mm HDPE geocell is designed for embankment reinforcement and deep ground stabilization applications where increased cellular depth is required. The HDPE geocell expands into a three-dimensional confinement system that retains soil, gravel or crushed aggregate inside large interconnected cells and helps reduce uncontrolled lateral movement of the filling material.

The 200mm cell height provides a deep confinement layer suitable for reinforced embankments and foundation areas requiring substantial infill depth. The 660mm weld interval forms relatively large cells that accommodate a greater quantity of filling material.
The HDPE geocell is supplied in folded sections for efficient storage and transportation. During installation, the sections are expanded over the prepared surface, secured and filled with selected granular material. Once compacted, the HDPE geocell and infill work together as a confined cellular layer.
The cell walls help limit horizontal movement of aggregate and support more consistent distribution of loads through the reinforced ground. Flexible HDPE strips allow the geocell to adapt to moderate ground variation, while ultrasonic welded connections help maintain the stability of the cellular structure.
This HDPE geocell can be used for embankment bases, road foundations, railway subgrades, construction platforms, soft soil treatment and temporary access routes.
