GeoMax 300mm HDPE geocell is designed for deep foundation stabilization and large-scale ground reinforcement projects requiring maximum cell depth within this product range. The expanded HDPE geocell forms a deep three-dimensional confinement structure capable of retaining significant quantities of gravel, crushed aggregate or selected soil.

Product Specifications

The 300mm cellular depth provides substantial space for filling materials and is suitable for engineering designs that require deep confinement. A 660mm welding interval forms large cells and allows the HDPE geocell to be efficiently expanded across the prepared foundation.

Installation involves positioning and expanding folded HDPE geocell panels before securing them to the required area. Gravel, stone or selected soil is then placed into the cells and compacted. Once filled, the cell walls help restrict lateral displacement of the aggregate.

The flexible HDPE strips can follow moderate variations in terrain and foundation levels. Ultrasonic welded connections help maintain continuity across the HDPE geocell panel during expansion, filling and compaction.
