Black HDPE Geocell 150mm 356mm Weld Spacing For Slope Soil Confinement

A 150mm cell depth provides sufficient space for soil or aggregate used in many slope stabilization projects. The 356mm weld spacing creates balanced cellular dimensions and allows the HDPE geocell to follow the profile of an inclined surface.

During installation, HDPE geocell sections are expanded across the prepared slope and secured according to the project design. Soil or granular filling material is then placed into the cells. The cellular walls help retain the infill and reduce movement caused by gravity and surface runoff.

The flexible HDPE material allows the geocell to conform to changing slope profiles. Ultrasonic welded joints connect the strips and help maintain the expanded cellular network during filling and long-term use.

This HDPE geocell can be used for embankment slopes, highway slopes, erosion-prone surfaces, landscape slopes, drainage channels and other soil retention applications. Soil-filled cells may also support vegetation establishment where required by the project.
