GeoMax 200mm ground reinforcement cell is designed for soft soil foundations and deep ground stabilization projects where granular materials require substantial confinement. The expandable HDPE system creates deep interconnected cells that retain gravel, crushed stone or selected soil and support a more stable foundation layer.

Product Specifications

The 200mm ground reinforcement cell provides substantial cellular depth for soft ground projects. The 445mm welding distance creates large, stable cells capable of accepting significant volumes of granular material.

Panels are expanded on the prepared foundation and secured before filling. Gravel, crushed aggregate or suitable soil is placed into the cells and compacted. The cell walls provide lateral restraint and help reduce uncontrolled movement of loose filling material.

The flexible high density polyethylene construction allows the ground reinforcement cell to adapt to moderate settlement and irregular ground profiles. Ultrasonic welded joints connect the strips and help maintain cellular integrity during expansion and installation.

This product is suitable for soft soil treatment, construction platforms, road foundations, embankment bases, temporary access roads and infrastructure reinforcement projects. It can be used where conventional loose aggregate requires additional confinement to maintain its position.
