GeoMax cellular reinforcement system is designed for deep road foundation and civil engineering projects requiring a high confinement depth. Manufactured from high density polyethylene, the cellular reinforcement system forms a deep three-dimensional structure that holds gravel, crushed aggregate or selected soil inside interconnected cells.

Product Specifications

The 300mm cell depth provides significant space for granular filling materials and is suitable for designs requiring a thick reinforced foundation layer. A 445mm welding distance produces stable cells with practical dimensions for expansion and infill placement.

The cellular reinforcement system is transported in folded sections and expanded over the prepared foundation. After fixing, gravel or crushed stone is filled into the cells and compacted. The vertical cellular walls restrict lateral displacement of the filling material and help maintain the integrity of the reinforced layer.

Flexible HDPE construction enables the cellular reinforcement system to accommodate moderate variations in foundation elevation. Ultrasonic welded joints maintain connections between strips and support stable cell geometry throughout installation.

Potential applications include deep road foundations, construction platforms, embankment support, soft ground reinforcement and temporary heavy access areas. The system may be combined with different granular infill materials according to engineering specifications.
