Welded HDPE Geocell 50mm 356mm Cell Spacing for Parking Area Reinforcement

Designed for parking areas and light-duty ground reinforcement, the GeoMax GM50-356 welded geocell combines a 50mm cell depth with a 356mm ultrasonic welding interval. When expanded and filled with aggregate, the three-dimensional HDPE geocell network provides lateral confinement that helps distribute surface loads and keep granular filling materials in position.

Technical Parameters

The expanded cellular structure confines the selected filling material within individual cells. Depending on project requirements, soil, sand, gravel or other suitable granular materials can be used.

The 75mm depth makes GM75-400 suitable for construction working areas, pedestrian routes, landscape foundations, unpaved access surfaces and soil improvement projects where a moderate reinforcement depth is preferred.

This HDPE geocell is manufactured by ultrasonically welding flexible HDPE strips at controlled intervals. Finished sections can be collapsed into compact bundles, reducing storage and transportation volume. At the project site, panels are expanded and secured before filling.
