Welded HDPE Geocell 100mm 445mm Cell Spacing for Slope Soil Reinforcement

Slope surfaces can experience movement of soil or granular material, particularly where loose filling is placed directly on inclined ground. GeoMax GM100-445 is a 100mm HDPE geocell designed to create cellular confinement across slope surfaces and help retain the selected infill.

GM100-445 Parameters

The 100mm cell depth provides space for soil or gravel, while the 445mm welding interval forms a relatively open cellular configuration. Once expanded and secured on the prepared slope, the geocell creates individual pockets for the filling material.

GM100-445 can be considered for landscaped slopes, embankment surfaces, roadside slopes and general erosion-control support projects. Where vegetation is planned, suitable soil may be used as infill according to the project design.

The HDPE strips are joined by ultrasonic welding during production. Completed sections can be folded into compact bundles, helping reduce transportation volume for international orders.

During installation, panels are expanded along the prepared surface and fixed using suitable anchoring components before filling begins. Adjacent geocell sections can be connected to create continuous coverage over larger slope areas.
