150mm HDPE Geocell 330mm Weld Distance for Heavy Duty Road Base Reinforcement

GeoMax GM150-330 is designed for road projects where a deeper cellular reinforcement layer is required. Combining a 150mm geocell height with a compact 330mm weld distance, this specification provides greater infill depth than 50mm, 75mm and 100mm models.

Road Reinforcement Parameters

The 150mm cells accommodate a deeper layer of aggregate, making GM150-330 suitable for construction roads, heavy vehicle access routes, industrial access areas and road foundation projects where stronger granular confinement is specified.

Its relatively small 330mm weld interval creates a compact cellular arrangement. When filled and compacted, the HDPE geocell helps retain aggregate within the reinforcement layer and reduce uncontrolled lateral displacement.

GM150-330 is manufactured from HDPE strips connected by ultrasonic welding. Despite its 150mm depth, the finished panels remain collapsible before installation, making the product efficient for warehouse storage and container transportation.

At the construction site, panels are expanded and anchored over the prepared foundation. Crushed stone or suitable aggregate is then placed inside the cells and compacted according to engineering requirements.
