This specification can be evaluated for storage yards, equipment access areas, logistics service zones and gravel-covered industrial surfaces.

The 150mm cell height provides a deeper confinement layer than standard 50mm and 100mm products. It allows selected crushed stone to be placed within the cellular structure to form a defined aggregate layer.

Material and Construction Characteristics

HDPE strips are joined at regular intervals to create a flexible cellular panel. The 400mm weld spacing determines the arrangement of cells when the product is expanded.

During construction, the selected aggregate is placed into the cells and compacted. The surrounding walls help restrain lateral movement within the granular layer.

For industrial yards exposed to concentrated loads, the required geocell strength, fill thickness and foundation structure must be confirmed through project-specific engineering evaluation.
