GeoMax GM250-400 is a deep HDPE cellular confinement system developed for selected earthwork reinforcement projects. With 250mm cell height and 400mm weld distance, it provides a different combination of confinement depth and cellular geometry from standard shallow geocell models.

Applications in Earthwork Construction

GM250-400 can be considered for engineered fill areas, selected embankment reinforcement projects, ground improvement works and construction zones requiring deeper cellular containment.

The 250mm depth allows a substantial filling layer to be placed inside the cellular system. The 400mm weld interval offers an intermediate geometry between compact and wider-cell welded products.

Product Selection Considerations

For earthwork projects, the required cell dimensions should be selected according to the intended filling material, installation geometry, expected loads and ground conditions.

A deeper cell does not automatically mean that a product is suitable for every heavy-duty application. Weld strength, strip properties and engineering design remain important selection factors.

Export and Installation

GM250-400 is manufactured as flexible welded sections. Panels are delivered folded and expanded at the installation site before anchoring and filling.

This format is convenient for bulk international procurement and projects requiring substantial quantities of cellular reinforcement.
