GeoMax GM300-660 combines an extra-deep 300mm cell height with a wide 660mm welding interval. This large-cell HDPE geocell is intended for selected earthfill and civil engineering projects requiring substantial cellular depth.

Technical Configuration

Large-Cell Earthwork Applications

The 660mm welding interval creates a wider cellular arrangement than smaller-spacing welded geocell models.

Combined with the 300mm height, the configuration may be evaluated for engineered earthfill areas, selected embankment reinforcement and large civil construction projects.

Confinement Characteristics

After expansion, the HDPE strips form individual compartments for the selected filling material.

The cellular walls help restrict lateral movement of the infill, but project performance depends on the overall reinforcement design and ground conditions.

Technical Selection

GM300-660 should be selected only where its cell geometry, weld strength and material properties meet the engineering requirements.

Large-cell configurations are not automatically interchangeable with compact-cell products, particularly where concentrated loading or slope stability is involved.

Supply for International Projects

The geocell sections are manufactured using ultrasonic welding and folded for export transportation. This allows buyers to procure large quantities without shipping the product in its fully expanded form.
