GeoMax 150mm HDPE geocell is designed for construction access roads and ground stabilization applications requiring deeper granular confinement. The expanded HDPE geocell forms a three-dimensional network of connected cells that hold gravel, crushed stone or selected soil inside the structure and help improve the stability of reinforced ground.

The 150mm cell height allows a deeper aggregate layer to be confined than shallow HDPE geocell configurations. This makes the product suitable for access roads and temporary working areas where a stronger cellular layer is required.
A 445mm weld interval creates larger cellular openings and supports efficient panel expansion during construction. Once the HDPE geocell has been expanded and secured, aggregate is placed into the cells and compacted. The cell walls then provide lateral restraint to the filling material.
The flexible HDPE material helps the geocell adapt to moderate subgrade variations. Ultrasonic welded connections provide consistent joints and help the HDPE geocell maintain cell geometry during installation and filling.
