GeoMax HDPE cellular grid is designed for gravel driveways, parking surfaces and general vehicle access areas where aggregate requires additional stabilization. The cellular grid expands into a three-dimensional honeycomb structure that retains gravel inside individual cells and helps reduce lateral displacement under repeated traffic.

Product Specifications

The 100mm grid height provides a suitable filling depth for many vehicle access and parking applications. The 356mm weld pitch creates balanced cellular dimensions and allows the HDPE cellular grid to expand efficiently over prepared surfaces.

Once expanded and anchored, gravel or crushed stone is filled inside the cells and compacted. The vertical grid walls help retain the aggregate, reduce migration and create a more uniform ground surface.

High density polyethylene gives the HDPE cellular grid flexibility to accommodate minor surface irregularities. Ultrasonic welded joints connect the strips and provide stable cellular geometry during installation and filling.

Typical applications include gravel driveways, parking areas, access lanes, temporary road surfaces, equipment yards and light construction platforms. The cellular grid can also be used for general ground reinforcement where aggregate movement is a concern.
