GeoMax 250mm HDPE cellular grid is designed for embankment foundations and deep soil support applications requiring increased infill depth. The expandable cellular structure forms large three-dimensional cells capable of containing substantial quantities of gravel, crushed aggregate or selected soil.

Product Specifications

The 250mm grid height provides deep confinement for reinforced foundation layers. The 660mm weld pitch creates large cellular openings that are suitable for applications requiring significant quantities of filling material.

During installation, folded HDPE cellular grid panels are expanded across the prepared foundation and secured. Gravel, crushed stone or selected soil is then filled into the cells and compacted. The grid walls help control horizontal movement of the infill and maintain the reinforced layer.

The flexible HDPE construction allows the cellular grid to follow moderate changes in ground profile. Ultrasonic welded connections help maintain the cellular pattern during expansion and filling.
